Medicine Retreats

Over the years several of our members have travelled to South America in order to experience the shamanic healing power of sacred plants, notably Ayahuasca. They can recommend the following organizations for medicine retreats:

• The Ayahuasca Foundation: www.ayahuascafoundation.org
  • ceremonies led by Shipibo shamans, foundation run by Massachusetts native Carlos Tanner
  • retreat center located near Iquitos, Peruvian Amazon
• Spirit Vine Retreats: www.spiritvine.net
  • retreats led by clinical psychologist Silvia Polivoy
  • retreat center located in beautiful Bahia, Brazil
